I am trying to create point features in a template geodatabase. Exports an existing PDF file to a Tagged Image File Format (TIFF). I have a rectangular raster image in ArcMap.
If the PDF has georeference information, the TIFF can be a GeoTIFF. How can I produce a polygon which is just the extent of the raster image? Why can't I add a base map to my data frame in ArcMap?
